You can delete your EasyTrade account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed. This page explains exactly what goes, what stays, and how long it takes.
Open EasyTrade and go to Menu → Delete Account, then confirm. Deletion runs immediately; there is no waiting period and no reactivation window, so make sure you mean it.
If you have already uninstalled EasyTrade, email bhidy@mubashermedia.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the registered address and then delete the account for you. We reply within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. We will never ask you for your password.
Your profile — display name, email address, phone number if you gave one, your avatar (always one of our preset pictures), and your answers to the onboarding questions (age band, life stage, market experience, goal). Your whole game: Points balance and every Points ledger entry, contest entries, picks, results and the entry audit trail, practice runs, achievements, streaks, league and season standing. Your content: community posts and replies, club memberships, referrals you sent or received, and every Shaheen assistant conversation and message. Your device links: push-notification tokens and notification preferences. And finally your sign-in identity itself, including any Apple or Google connection, so the account can no longer be signed into. If you use Sign in with Apple on an iPhone, the app first asks Apple to confirm and then revokes EasyTrade's Sign in with Apple access; if Apple cannot confirm it, the app tells you how to remove EasyTrade from your Apple ID yourself.
Three things survive. A crash report keeps only anonymous technical facts — which screen failed, the app version and the error itself — and loses your account link, your phone model and your in-app trail, so we do not lose the evidence of a bug that is affecting other people; it is then deleted automatically 30 days after it was recorded. Our internal security and audit log keeps its record of actions taken on the account by our systems and our operators — for example a moderation decision, or a step of the deletion itself — and those entries can include the account ID; only our operators can read them, and we keep them so we can show what happened and protect the service. Aggregate contest figures — how many people entered a contest and what its prize pool was — stay in our records, because they are counts and totals that name nobody. The notifications we sent you are deleted with the account. Anything else that cannot be erased in the same instant as the account is deleted or permanently detached from your identity within 30 days.
If you created a club that still has other members, it is handed to the longest-serving remaining member instead of being deleted — deleting your account must not delete other people’s team. If nobody is left, it is closed.
Points are an in-app score. They cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out, and have no value outside the app, so deleting your account forfeits your balance and there is nothing to refund or transfer. EasyTrade holds no funds and no payment details of any kind.

إذا كنت قد أزلت التطبيق، راسلنا على bhidy@mubashermedia.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به، واجعل الموضوع «حذف حسابي». نتحقّق من أن الطلب وارد من البريد المسجّل ثم نحذف الحساب نيابةً عنك. نردّ خلال يومي عمل ونُتمّ الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من طلبك. ولن نطلب منك كلمة المرور إطلاقًا.
ملفك الشخصي: الاسم الظاهر، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال إن كنت قد أدخلته، وصورتك الرمزية (وهي دائمًا إحدى صورنا الجاهزة)، وإجاباتك عن أسئلة التعريف (الفئة العمرية، والمرحلة الحياتية، وخبرتك بالسوق، وهدفك). ولعبك كاملًا: رصيد النقاط وكل حركة في سجلّها، والمشاركات والاختيارات والنتائج وسجلّ تدقيق الاشتراكات، والجولات التدريبية، والإنجازات، والسلاسل المتتالية، وترتيبك في الدوري والموسم. ومحتواك: منشوراتك وردودك في المجتمع، وعضويتك في المجموعات، والإحالات التي أرسلتها أو تلقّيتها، وكل محادثة ورسالة مع مساعد شاهين. وارتباطات جهازك: رموز الإشعارات الفورية وتفضيلات الإشعارات. وأخيرًا هويّة تسجيل دخولك نفسها، بما فيها أي ارتباط مع Apple أو Google، فلا يعود بالإمكان الدخول إلى الحساب. وإذا كنت تستخدم تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple على iPhone، يطلب التطبيق أولًا تأكيدًا من Apple ثم يُلغي صلاحية EasyTrade لتسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple؛ وإذا تعذّر على Apple تأكيد ذلك، يرشدك التطبيق إلى طريقة إزالة EasyTrade من حساب Apple بنفسك.
تبقى ثلاثة أشياء. تقرير العطل يحتفظ بحقائق تقنية مجهولة الهوية فقط — أي شاشة تعطّلت، وإصدار التطبيق، ونص الخطأ — ويُزال منه ارتباطه بحسابك وطراز هاتفك ومسار تنقّلك داخل التطبيق، حتى لا نفقد الدليل على خلل يؤثّر في أشخاص آخرين، ثم يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من تسجيله. وسجلّ الأمان والتدقيق الداخلي لدينا يحتفظ بقيود الإجراءات التي اتخذتها أنظمتنا ومشغّلونا على الحساب — مثل قرار إشراف، أو خطوة من خطوات الحذف نفسه — وقد تتضمّن هذه القيود معرّف الحساب؛ ولا يطّلع عليها سوى مشغّلي النظام لدينا، ونحتفظ بها لنتمكّن من إثبات ما جرى وحماية الخدمة. والأرقام الإجمالية للمسابقات — كم شخصًا اشترك وكم بلغت الجائزة — تبقى في سجلّاتنا لأنها أعداد ومجاميع لا تسمّي أحدًا. أما الإشعارات التي أرسلناها إليك فتُحذف مع الحساب. وكل ما عدا ذلك مما لا يمكن محوه في اللحظة نفسها التي يُحذف فيها الحساب، يُحذف أو يُفصل نهائيًا عن هويّتك خلال 30 يومًا.
إذا كنت قد أنشأت مجموعة ما زال فيها أعضاء آخرون، فإنها تُسلَّم إلى أقدم عضو باقٍ بدلًا من حذفها — إذ لا يصحّ أن يؤدي حذف حسابك إلى حذف فريق أشخاص آخرين. وإذا لم يبقَ أحد، تُغلق.
النقاط نقاط داخل التطبيق. لا تُشترى بأموال حقيقية، ولا تُصرف نقدًا، وليست لها أي قيمة خارج التطبيق، ولذلك يسقط رصيدك بحذف حسابك ولا يوجد ما يُسترد أو يُحوَّل. ولا يحتفظ EasyTrade بأي أموال ولا بأي بيانات دفع من أي نوع.
