These Terms govern your use of EasyTrade, a free educational stock-market game for adults aged 18 or over. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Mubasher International for Securities Trading, the developer of EasyTrade ("we"), for using the app and its website. If you downloaded EasyTrade from Apple's App Store, these Terms apply in addition to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You must accept them before you can create an account or take part in the community: the app asks for your explicit agreement when you sign up — with email, with Apple or with Google, or when you turn a guest session into an account — and asks again whenever these Terms change. We record which version you accepted and when. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.
EasyTrade is a free-to-play educational game and fantasy stock-picking contest based on seven Middle East exchanges (Saudi Tadawul, Dubai DFM, Abu Dhabi ADX, Qatar QSE, Bahrain BHB, Oman MSX and Egypt EGX). It is a simulation for learning and entertainment. It is NOT a brokerage, NOT investment advice, and NOT a real trading platform. No real securities are bought or sold.
Points are a virtual, in-app score. You earn them only by playing: 200 Points when you create your account, the Daily Bonus, contest prizes and weekly and monthly leaderboard prizes, Learn lessons, quizzes, achievements, and referrals (including referral milestones). You can spend them on exactly three things: a contest entry (50 Points), an avatar (100 Points; a starter set is free), and a question to the Shaheen assistant (30 Points). Points cannot be purchased for real money, cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash or any real-world monetary value, and have no value outside the app.
Each daily contest entry costs 50 Points; no money is ever charged. Rankings are based on the weighted percentage return of your three picks over one trading session, with your UP or DOWN call applied to each, using prices from our market-data feed (rule (d)). OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: (a) Eligibility — registered EasyTrade users aged 18 or over; one account per person. (b) No purchase necessary and no purchase is possible — Points cannot be bought with money; entry Points are earned through free play. (c) Entry period — one entry per market per session, submitted after the previous session's closing bell and before the next opening bell; the exact window is shown in the app. (d) Winner determination — each entry is three different stocks, each with an UP or DOWN call and a weight from 10% to 60%, the three weights adding up to 100%. Each pick is scored on its percentage price change over the session, from the opening price to the closing price as reported by our market-data feed: the opening price is the feed's latest price for that stock recorded when the session opens (at the opening bell, or at a later check within the first hour if the feed is late), and the closing price is the feed's last price after the closing bell. An UP call scores the change as it is; a DOWN call scores the opposite of the change. An entry's score is the weighted sum of its three picks, and entrants are ranked by that score, highest first; equal scores are ranked by who entered first. If the market did not trade that day, the contest is cancelled and entry Points are refunded. No chance element is involved; outcomes are determined solely by the market performance of the stocks you select and your UP or DOWN calls. (e) Prizes — winners receive Points only, never money. 70% of the entry Points collected for a market's daily contest is paid out that day, ranked among the entrants who paid to enter: 35% to 1st, 20% to 2nd and 12% to 3rd; 13% shared equally by 4th to 10th; and 20% shared equally by every paying entrant. A place that cannot be filled because the field is small, and anything left over from rounding, goes to the top paid finisher. The first prize has a minimum: if 1st place's share is below it, the difference is topped up from the same contest's weekly and monthly reserve, and no contest ever pays out more Points than its entrants paid in. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn for money (see section 3). (f) Results — scores settle after the closing bell, normally on the same trading day and otherwise by the next morning, and are published on the in-app leaderboard. You may change your picks until the opening bell; after it, your entry is final. (g) Sponsor — Mubasher International for Securities Trading, the developer of EasyTrade, is the sole sponsor and operator of these contests. APPLE AND GOOGLE ARE NOT SPONSORS OF, AND ARE NOT INVOLVED IN, THESE CONTESTS IN ANY MANNER, and neither Apple Inc. nor Google LLC has any responsibility or liability in connection with them. (h) Weekly and monthly prizes — the other 30% of each day's entry Points funds the same market's weekly prize (20%) and monthly prize (10%), after deducting anything used to top up a daily first prize. Players with at least one paid daily entry in the period are ranked by the same weighted return, added up over the market's own trading week or the calendar month, and the prize is split in the same shares as in rule (e). Equal totals are ranked by more settled days played, then in a fixed order set by our system. It is paid in Points after the period ends.
Nothing in EasyTrade is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Always consult a licensed professional before making real investment decisions. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use EasyTrade. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. One account per person; automated, fraudulent, or abusive play (including attempts to manipulate Points, ranks, or leaderboards) may result in suspension.
EasyTrade has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You must not post, reply, or use a display name or club name that is abusive, harassing, bullying, hateful or discriminatory, threatening or violent, sexually explicit or obscene, defamatory, unlawful, spam or a scam, that impersonates someone else, or that shares another person's private information. You must also not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its operation. Text is screened automatically before it is published, and anything that gets through can be reported by any player (section 11).
EasyTrade is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including reliance on market data or game outcomes.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. When we do, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue; if you do not accept it, you can sign out and delete your account at any time. EasyTrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any stock exchange, index provider, or listed company shown in the app. All company names, ticker symbols, logos and index names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the securities a player may pick. Market data is licensed from a professional provider; brand assets are used for identification only.
To report a post or a reply, open the ⋯ (More) menu on it and choose Report; to report a player or a club, use Report on their profile or club page; to report an answer from Shaheen, use the Report button under it. To stop seeing a player — and stop them seeing you — choose Block this player; you can unblock them later in Privacy & Security. Reports go to our moderators, who act on every report within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed, and the user who posted it is ejected — suspended or permanently removed from EasyTrade. Content that several players report is hidden automatically while it waits for review. You can also report anything by email to bhidy@mubashermedia.com.

EasyTrade هو لعبة تعليمية مجانية ومسابقة اختيار أسهم افتراضية تستند إلى أسواق الشرق الأوسط السبعة (تداول السعودية، سوق دبي المالي، سوق أبوظبي، بورصة قطر، بورصة البحرين، بورصة مسقط، والبورصة المصرية). وهو محاكاة لأغراض التعلّم والترفيه. وهو ليس شركة وساطة، وليس نصيحة استثمارية، وليس منصة تداول حقيقية. ولا يتم شراء أو بيع أي أوراق مالية حقيقية.
النقاط رصيد افتراضي داخل التطبيق. ولا تُكتسب إلا باللعب: 200 نقطة عند إنشاء حسابك، والمكافأة اليومية، وجوائز المسابقات وجوائز لوحات الصدارة الأسبوعية والشهرية، ودروس «تعلّم»، والاختبارات، والإنجازات، والإحالات (بما فيها مكافآت بلوغ عدد معيّن من الأصدقاء). ويمكنك إنفاقها على ثلاثة أشياء فقط: الاشتراك في مسابقة (50 نقطة)، وصورة رمزية (100 نقطة؛ ومجموعة البداية مجانية)، وسؤال لمساعد شاهين (30 نقطة). لا يمكن شراء النقاط بأموال حقيقية، ولا يمكن تبادلها أو استبدالها أو سحبها مقابل نقد أو أي قيمة مالية في العالم الحقيقي، وليس لها أي قيمة خارج التطبيق.
يكلّف كل اشتراك في المسابقة اليومية 50 نقطة، ولا يُدفع أي مال إطلاقًا. يعتمد الترتيب على العائد المئوي المرجّح لاختياراتك الثلاثة خلال جلسة تداول واحدة، بعد تطبيق توقّعك بالصعود أو الهبوط على كلٍّ منها، وبأسعار من تغذية بيانات السوق لدينا (البند د). القواعد الرسمية للمسابقة: (أ) الأهلية — مستخدمو EasyTrade المسجّلون ممن أتمّوا 18 عامًا أو أكثر؛ حساب واحد لكل شخص. (ب) لا يلزم الشراء ولا يمكن الشراء أصلًا — لا يمكن شراء النقاط بالمال، وتُكتسب نقاط الدخول عبر اللعب المجاني. (ج) فترة الدخول — مشاركة واحدة لكل سوق في كل جلسة، تُقدَّم بعد جرس إغلاق الجلسة السابقة وقبل جرس الافتتاح التالي، والنافذة الدقيقة معروضة داخل التطبيق. (د) تحديد الفائزين — تتكوّن كل مشاركة من ثلاثة أسهم مختلفة، لكلٍّ منها توقّع بالصعود أو الهبوط ووزن بين 10٪ و60٪، ومجموع الأوزان الثلاثة 100٪. يُحتسب كل اختيار بنسبة تغيّر سعره خلال الجلسة، من سعر الافتتاح إلى سعر الإغلاق كما تنقلهما تغذية بيانات السوق لدينا: سعر الافتتاح هو آخر سعر للسهم تسجّله التغذية عند بدء الجلسة (عند جرس الافتتاح، أو في فحص لاحق خلال الساعة الأولى إذا تأخّرت التغذية)، وسعر الإغلاق هو آخر سعر تسجّله التغذية بعد جرس الإغلاق. يُحتسب توقّع الصعود بالتغيّر كما هو، ويُحتسب توقّع الهبوط بعكس التغيّر. ونتيجة المشاركة هي المجموع المرجّح لاختياراتها الثلاثة، ويُرتَّب المشاركون حسبها من الأعلى إلى الأدنى؛ وعند تساوي النتائج يتقدّم مَن اشترك أولًا. وإذا لم يتداول السوق في ذلك اليوم تُلغى المسابقة وتُعاد نقاط الدخول. لا يوجد أي عنصر حظ؛ وتتحدد النتائج فقط بأداء الأسهم التي تختارها وتوقّعاتك بالصعود أو الهبوط. (هـ) الجوائز — يحصل الفائزون على نقاط فقط، ولا يحصلون على مال أبدًا. يُدفع 70٪ من نقاط الدخول المُحصَّلة في المسابقة اليومية لكل سوق في اليوم نفسه، ويُوزَّع بحسب ترتيب المشاركين الذين دفعوا رسم الاشتراك فقط: 35٪ للمركز الأول، و20٪ للثاني، و12٪ للثالث؛ و13٪ يتقاسمها بالتساوي أصحاب المراكز من الرابع إلى العاشر؛ و20٪ يتقاسمها بالتساوي كل مشارك دفع رسم الاشتراك. وتذهب حصة المركز الذي لا يمكن شغله لقلّة المشاركين، وأي باقٍ من التقريب، إلى صاحب المركز الأول بين الدافعين. وللجائزة الأولى حدّ أدنى: فإذا قلّت حصة المركز الأول عنه، يُكمَّل الفرق من احتياطي الجوائز الأسبوعية والشهرية للمسابقة نفسها، ولا تدفع أي مسابقة نقاطًا أكثر مما دفعه المشاركون فيها. النقاط ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن تبادلها أو استبدالها أو سحبها مقابل مال (راجع البند 3). (و) النتائج — تُسوّى النتائج بعد جرس الإغلاق، عادةً في يوم التداول نفسه وإلا ففي صباح اليوم التالي، وتُنشر على لوحة المتصدّرين داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك تغيير اختياراتك حتى جرس الافتتاح، وبعده تصبح مشاركتك نهائية. (ز) الراعي — شركة Mubasher International for Securities Trading، الشركة المطوّرة لتطبيق EasyTrade، هي الراعي والمشغّل الوحيد لهذه المسابقات. شركتا Apple وGoogle ليستا راعيتين لهذه المسابقات ولا طرفًا فيها بأي شكل، ولا تتحمّل أيٌّ منهما أي مسؤولية تجاهها. (ح) الجوائز الأسبوعية والشهرية — تموّل الـ30٪ الأخرى من نقاط الدخول في كل يوم جائزةَ الأسبوع (20٪) وجائزةَ الشهر (10٪) للسوق نفسه، بعد خصم ما استُخدم لإكمال الجائزة الأولى اليومية. ويُرتَّب اللاعبون الذين لديهم مشاركة يومية مدفوعة واحدة على الأقل خلال المدة بالعائد المرجّح نفسه، مجموعًا على أسبوع التداول الخاص بالسوق أو على الشهر الميلادي، وتُقسَّم الجائزة بالنسب نفسها الواردة في البند (هـ)؛ وعند تساوي المجموع يتقدّم صاحب العدد الأكبر من الأيام المحتسبة، ثم وفق ترتيب ثابت يحدّده نظامنا. وتُدفع نقاطًا بعد انتهاء المدة.
لا شيء في EasyTrade يُعدّ توصية بشراء أو بيع أو الاحتفاظ بأي ورقة مالية. قد تكون بيانات السوق مؤجّلة أو غير دقيقة. استشر دائمًا مختصًّا مرخّصًا قبل اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية حقيقية. وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن أي قرارات في العالم الحقيقي.
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا لاستخدام EasyTrade. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك وعن النشاط الذي يتم من خلاله. حساب واحد لكل شخص؛ وقد يؤدي اللعب الآلي أو الاحتيالي أو المسيء (بما في ذلك محاولات التلاعب بالنقاط أو الترتيب أو لوحات المتصدّرين) إلى تعليق الحساب.
لا يتسامح EasyTrade مطلقًا مع المحتوى المرفوض ولا مع المستخدمين المسيئين. ولا يجوز لك أن تنشر منشورًا أو ردًّا، أو أن تستخدم اسمًا ظاهرًا أو اسم مجموعة، يتضمن إساءة أو تحرّشًا أو تنمّرًا أو كراهية أو تمييزًا أو تهديدًا أو عنفًا أو محتوى جنسيًا صريحًا أو فاحشًا أو تشهيرًا أو مخالفة للقانون أو رسائل مزعجة أو احتيالًا، أو ينتحل شخصية غيرك، أو يكشف معلومات خاصة بشخص آخر. كما لا يجوز لك الغش أو استغلال الأخطاء البرمجية أو إجراء الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو التدخل في تشغيله. ويُفحص النص تلقائيًا قبل نشره، ويمكن لأي لاعب الإبلاغ عن أي شيء يتجاوز هذا الفحص (البند 11).
يُقدَّم EasyTrade «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق، بما في ذلك الاعتماد على بيانات السوق أو نتائج اللعبة.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط وسنُعدّل التاريخ المذكور أعلاه. وعندها يطلب منك التطبيق الموافقة على النسخة الجديدة قبل المتابعة؛ وإذا لم توافق عليها، فيمكنك تسجيل الخروج وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. للأسئلة، تواصل مع الدعم من القائمة ← المساعدة والأسئلة الشائعة، حيث يُفتح بريد إلكتروني إلى فريق الدعم على bhidy@mubashermedia.com.
EasyTrade ليست تابعة لأي بورصة أو مزوّد مؤشرات أو شركة مدرجة تظهر في التطبيق، وليست معتمدة أو مدعومة أو مرتبطة بأي منها. جميع أسماء الشركات ورموزها وشعاراتها وأسماء المؤشرات هي علامات تجارية مملوكة لأصحابها، وتُستخدم فقط للتعريف بالأوراق المالية التي قد يختارها اللاعب. بيانات السوق مرخَّصة من مزوّد احترافي، وتُستخدم أصول العلامات لأغراض التعريف فقط.
للإبلاغ عن منشور أو رد، افتح قائمة ⋯ (المزيد) عليه واختر «إبلاغ»؛ وللإبلاغ عن لاعب أو مجموعة، استخدم خيار الإبلاغ في ملفه الشخصي أو صفحة المجموعة؛ وللإبلاغ عن إجابة من شاهين، استخدم زر «إبلاغ» أسفلها. ولكي لا ترى لاعبًا ولا يراك، اختر «حظر هذا اللاعب»، ويمكنك إلغاء الحظر لاحقًا من الخصوصية والأمان. وتصل البلاغات إلى فريق الإشراف لدينا، الذي يتعامل مع كل بلاغ خلال 24 ساعة: يُزال المحتوى المرفوض، ويُطرَد المستخدم الذي نشره — بتعليق حسابه أو إزالته نهائيًا من EasyTrade. ويُخفى تلقائيًا المحتوى الذي يبلّغ عنه عدة لاعبين ريثما تتم مراجعته. ويمكنك أيضًا الإبلاغ عن أي شيء عبر البريد الإلكتروني bhidy@mubashermedia.com.
