These Terms govern your use of EasyTrade, a free-to-play educational stock-market game. Please read them carefully.
By downloading or using EasyTrade you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
EasyTrade is a free-to-play educational game and fantasy stock-picking contest based on seven Middle East exchanges (Saudi Tadawul, Dubai DFM, Abu Dhabi ADX, Qatar QSE, Bahrain BHB, Oman MSX and Egypt EGX). It is a simulation for learning and entertainment. It is NOT a brokerage, NOT investment advice, and NOT a real trading platform. No real securities are bought or sold.
Coins are a virtual, in-app score used only to enter contests and unlock in-app rewards. Coins are earned through gameplay (daily check-ins, contests, quizzes, referrals). Coins cannot be purchased for real money, cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash or any real-world monetary value, and have no value outside the app.
Daily contests are free to enter using earned Coins. Rankings are based on the weighted percentage return of your chosen stocks at market close, using third-party market data. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: (a) Eligibility — registered EasyTrade users who meet the minimum age in their country; one account per person; EasyTrade staff are excluded. (b) No purchase necessary and no purchase is possible — Coins cannot be bought with money; entry Coins are earned through free play. (c) Entry period — one entry per market per session, submitted after the previous session's closing bell and before the next opening bell; the exact window is shown in the app. (d) Winner determination — entrants are ranked purely by the weighted percentage return of their three picks, measured from the official opening price to the official closing price of that session. No chance element is involved; outcomes are determined solely by market performance of the stocks you select. (e) Prizes — winners receive Coins only, drawn from the entry Coins collected for that contest and split by published rank tiers; the number of paid places scales with the size of the entrant field and is shown in the app before you enter. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn for money (see section 3). (f) Results are published on the in-app leaderboard after settlement on the same trading day. (g) EasyTrade is the sole sponsor and operator of these contests. APPLE AND GOOGLE ARE NOT SPONSORS OF, AND ARE NOT INVOLVED IN, THESE CONTESTS IN ANY MANNER, and neither Apple Inc. nor Google LLC has any responsibility or liability in connection with them.
Nothing in EasyTrade is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Always consult a licensed professional before making real investment decisions. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions.
You must meet the minimum age in your country to use EasyTrade. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. One account per person; automated, fraudulent, or abusive play (including attempts to manipulate Coins, ranks, or leaderboards) may result in suspension.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other users, post unlawful content, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its operation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
EasyTrade is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including reliance on market data or game outcomes.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. For questions, contact support through the app or the email on our store listing.

EasyTrade هو لعبة تعليمية مجانية ومسابقة اختيار أسهم افتراضية تستند إلى أسواق الشرق الأوسط السبعة (تداول السعودية، سوق دبي المالي، سوق أبوظبي، بورصة قطر، بورصة البحرين، بورصة مسقط، والبورصة المصرية). وهو محاكاة لأغراض التعلّم والترفيه. وهو ليس شركة وساطة، وليس نصيحة استثمارية، وليس منصة تداول حقيقية. ولا يتم شراء أو بيع أي أوراق مالية حقيقية.
الكوينز نقاط افتراضية داخل التطبيق تُستخدم فقط للمشاركة في المسابقات وفتح المكافآت داخل التطبيق. تُكتسب الكوينز من خلال اللعب (تسجيل الدخول اليومي، والمسابقات، والاختبارات، والإحالات). لا يمكن شراء الكوينز بأموال حقيقية، ولا يمكن تبادلها أو استبدالها أو سحبها مقابل نقد أو أي قيمة مالية في العالم الحقيقي، وليس لها أي قيمة خارج التطبيق.
المسابقات اليومية مجانية وتُدخَل باستخدام الكوينز المكتسبة. يعتمد الترتيب على العائد المئوي المرجّح للأسهم التي اخترتها عند إغلاق السوق، باستخدام بيانات سوق من جهات خارجية. القواعد الرسمية للمسابقة: (أ) الأهلية — مستخدمو EasyTrade المسجّلون ممن يستوفون الحد الأدنى للعمر في بلدهم؛ حساب واحد لكل شخص؛ ولا يحق لموظفي EasyTrade المشاركة. (ب) لا يلزم الشراء ولا يمكن الشراء أصلاً — لا يمكن شراء الكوينز بالمال، وتُكتسب كوينز الدخول عبر اللعب المجاني. (ج) فترة الدخول — مشاركة واحدة لكل سوق في كل جلسة، تُقدَّم بعد جرس إغلاق الجلسة السابقة وقبل جرس الافتتاح التالي، والنافذة الدقيقة معروضة داخل التطبيق. (د) تحديد الفائزين — يُرتَّب المشاركون حصراً حسب العائد المئوي المرجّح لاختياراتهم الثلاثة، مقيساً من سعر الافتتاح الرسمي إلى سعر الإغلاق الرسمي لتلك الجلسة. لا يوجد أي عنصر حظ؛ وتتحدد النتائج فقط بأداء الأسهم التي تختارها. (هـ) الجوائز — يحصل الفائزون على كوينز فقط، تُؤخذ من كوينز الدخول المُحصَّلة لتلك المسابقة وتُوزَّع وفق شرائح ترتيب معلنة؛ ويتناسب عدد المراكز الرابحة مع حجم المشاركين ويُعرض داخل التطبيق قبل الدخول. الكوينز ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن تبادلها أو استبدالها أو سحبها مقابل مال (راجع البند 3). (و) تُنشر النتائج على لوحة المتصدرين داخل التطبيق بعد التسوية في نفس يوم التداول. (ز) EasyTrade هي الجهة الراعية والمشغّلة الوحيدة لهذه المسابقات. شركتا Apple وGoogle ليستا راعيتين لهذه المسابقات ولا طرفاً فيها بأي شكل، ولا تتحمل أي منهما أي مسؤولية تجاهها.
لا شيء في EasyTrade يُعدّ توصية بشراء أو بيع أو الاحتفاظ بأي ورقة مالية. قد تكون بيانات السوق مؤجّلة أو غير دقيقة. استشر دائمًا مختصًّا مرخّصًا قبل اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية حقيقية. وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن أي قرارات في العالم الحقيقي.
يجب أن تستوفي الحد الأدنى للسن في بلدك لاستخدام EasyTrade. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك وعن النشاط الذي يتم من خلاله. حساب واحد لكل شخص؛ وقد يؤدي اللعب الآلي أو الاحتيالي أو المسيء (بما في ذلك محاولات التلاعب بالكوينز أو الترتيب أو لوحات المتصدّرين) إلى تعليق الحساب.
لا تغش، أو تستغل الأخطاء البرمجية، أو تضايق المستخدمين الآخرين، أو تنشر محتوى مخالفًا للقانون، أو تقم بالهندسة العكسية للتطبيق، أو تتدخل في تشغيله. يجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى وتعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
يُقدَّم EasyTrade «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق، بما في ذلك الاعتماد على بيانات السوق أو نتائج اللعبة.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط وسنُعدّل التاريخ المذكور أعلاه؛ ويعني استمرارك في الاستخدام قبولك للتغييرات. للأسئلة، تواصل مع الدعم عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني المدرَج في صفحة التطبيق بالمتجر.
